About our Founder and Chief Solution Architect
Graeme brings over 20 years of experience in digital finance transformation, including serving as a Director within a Big Four Workday practice. He has a strong track record of solution-oriented, successful programme delivery and is a recognised leader in Workday ERP solutions. With more than 10 years of hands-on Workday Finance experience, Graeme holds 10 active Workday certifications and has delivered over 15 Workday programmes, including 10+ Workday Foundation Data Models. A CIMA-qualified professional for over 15 years and former Head of Finance Systems in industry, Graeme combines deep technical expertise with real-world finance leadership. He communicates effectively with teams at all levels and has extensive experience across Financial Services, Fintech, Healthcare, Education, and Charity sectors.
